About the role
Grimmway Produce Group is seeking an Organic Harvesting Supervisor responsible to supervise the organic harvesting department.
Responsibilities
- Communicate and coordinate with all levels of employees.
- Perform duties with minimal supervision.
- Communicate effectively.
- Be knowledgeable of company policies.
- Travel to Coachella Valley five (5) months out of the year, required.
- Have a valid Driver’s License with a clean DMV driving record.
- Pass pre-placement drug/alcohol screen, physical and functional capacity evaluation.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years’ experience in organic harvesting, preferred.
- Computer literate with knowledge of MS Word, Excel, and Outlook, preferred.
- Bilingual, English/Spanish, with ability to speak, read, and write in both, preferred.
- Supervisory or equivalent experience, preferred.
Skills
- Ability to troubleshoot harvesting equipment, preferred.
