Organic and Conjugation Chemist
Responsibilities
- Perform multistep organic synthesis of linker-payload reagents under supervision
- Purify and characterize small molecules using techniques such as flash chromatography, HPLC, LC/MS, and NMR.
- Learn and perform bioconjugation of antibodies, peptides, and small molecule payloads and characterize conjugates using analytical techniques, such as HPLC, LC-MS, and SECD.
- Document experimental plans and procedures in electronic lab notebooks while following appropriate SOPs.
- Generate, analyze and summarize scientific data and provide regular updates on project results.
- Operate and maintain standard lab equipment.

- Basic Qualifications: Master's Degree Or Bachelor's Degree and 2+ years of relevant experience OR Associates degree and 4 years of relevant experience OR High school diploma / GED and 6 years of relevant experience

The qualified candidate will work at the interface of synthetic chemistry, biochemistry, and chemical biology, and apply their chemical synthesis skills in developing new antibody drug conjugates to support the advancement of drug discovery programs

Pay
The expected annual salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and qualifications.
