Responsibilities
- Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of organizational development programs and processes.
- Partner with leaders to identify capability gaps and develop solutions that enhance individual, team, and organizational effectiveness.
- Support leadership development, succession planning, talent reviews, and employee development initiatives.
- Facilitate workshops, training programs, and development experiences for leaders and employees.
- Consult with business leaders on change management, team effectiveness, organizational design, and workforce planning.
- Develop and monitor metrics to evaluate program effectiveness and drive data-informed decisions.
- Collaborate with Talent Acquisition, HR, Learning, and business stakeholders to align talent strategies with organizational goals.
- Manage enterprise development programs and special projects that support strategic workforce priorities.
- Provide thought leadership on emerging organizational development practices and industry trends.
- Provide expert guidance on OD standards, best practices, and external benchmarking to drive innovation and consistency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, organizational development, or a related discipline
- 7+ years experience in organizational development, talent management, leadership development, human resources, or a related field
- Strong analytical, communication, and project management capabilities
- Demonstrated consultation, facilitation, and relationship-building skills with leaders at multiple levels of the organization
- Led cross-functional initiatives and influenced key stakeholders
- Established metrics and analyzed feedback, workforce data, and business needs to provide recommendations and future program enhancements
- Leveraged industry best practices and emerging trends to improve organizational development strategies.
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certifications in Organizational Development, Talent Development, Change Management, Coaching, and Leadership/Development Assessments are preferred.
- Strong organizational development, leadership development, and talent management expertise
- Demonstrated ability to influence and build partnerships across the organization
- Robust experience in facilitating a variety of competency-based training programs
- Able to lead complex projects and manage multiple priorities simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities with the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
