Description

The Orderly at St. Luke’s is responsible for assisting personnel in daily operations of Surgical Services. Duties include preparing operating rooms with needed equipment, ensuring equipment works properly, setting up operating room beds, transporting patients and floor beds, transporting equipment, specimens, supplies, and medications, cleaning the operating room, cleaning equipment, and maintaining the storeroom. Additional responsibilities may be assigned.

Schedule

Day time - Mon-Fri - 8hr shifts - 0700-1530. Call on weekend (Sat-Sun - 48hrs) once every 4 weeks. Holiday call - it's rotational - generally 2 holidays a year.
