Order to Cash Business Process Consultant

Key Responsibilities

• Assess end-to-end Order-to-Cash processes to identify root causes of operational, process, system, and data-related challenges.
• Evaluate SAP S/4HANA utilization and recommend opportunities to improve automation, standardization, and adoption of best-practice functionality.
• Troubleshoot issues related to order management, fulfillment, inventory, master data, planning, and warehouse operations, including SAP EWM integration.
• Analyze master data quality and governance practices, providing recommendations to improve planning accuracy, replenishment, and customer service performance.
• Work closely with business and IT stakeholders to observe current workflows, identify inefficiencies, and implement practical process improvements.
• Deliver quick-win solutions while developing a roadmap for sustainable operational and system enhancements.
• Support post-implementation stabilization efforts and drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance scalability and reduce reliance on manual processes.
• Promote organizational adoption of improved processes and SAP capabilities through effective collaboration, change management, and user enablement.

Required Qualifications

• Extensive experience with Order-to-Cash (OTC) processes.
• Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP (strong preference in S/4HANA).
• Ability to troubleshoot and analyze SAP transactions, tables, master data, and integrations.
• Experience identifying root causes across systems, processes, data, and organizational workflows.
• Demonstrated success leading process improvement and operational optimization initiatives.
• Experience working in both standard SAP environments and customized implementations.
• Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
