Order Selector Driver - 2nd Shift

About the role

Simon & Schuster is seeking an Order Selector Driver to join the second-shift team at our Riverside, NJ Distribution Center. This position supports warehouse operations by picking replenishment stock for the Full Case department and returning products to designated storage locations.

Responsibilities

• Operate an order selector to pick replenishment stock for the Full Case department.
• Return products to designated stock locations using an order selector.
• Use a radio frequency (RF) scanner to complete assigned tasks and record product movements accurately.
• Pick orders according to assigned labels and instructions.
• Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and meet established picking productivity and accuracy standards.
• Comply with all equipment and workplace safety requirements.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support department needs.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Previous experience operating an order selector or forklift.
• Experience using an RF scanner.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform frequent standing, reaching, twisting, and bending throughout the shift.
• Ability to work independently and follow instructions accurately.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Commitment to following all safety standards and procedures.
• Availability to work overtime as needed.
