Order Selector - 2nd Shift

About the role

PWADC is seeking motivated, athletic, competitive, and hardworking candidates for the position of 2nd Shift Order Selector. This is a fast-paced, performance-driven role for those who enjoy staying active and being rewarded for their effort. As an Order Selector, you will work from 3:00 PM until all orders have been shipped, pulling requested cases by hand, safely stacking them on a pallet, and preparing completed orders for transport to stores.

Responsibilities

• Pull an average of 175–185 cases per hour by the end of the 90-day probation period and maintain that production level thereafter.
• Demonstrate consistent weekly improvement in production during the 90-day probationary period.
• Work safely, efficiently, and accurately in a high-volume warehouse environment.
• Lift and move heavy cases up to 90 lbs repeatedly.
• Operate under a production quota system in extreme temperature conditions (0°F to -20°F in Perishables).

Requirements

• Ability to meet and sustain production quotas in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment.
• Dependability and strict adherence to attendance policies, especially during the 90-day probationary period.
• Pass a background check and drug screen at the time of hire.

Schedule

2nd Shift, 3:00 PM until finished. Five days per week (Sunday–Friday), with Saturday nights off.

Pay

$22.75 base pay with incentive opportunities up to $5/hour.
