About the role

We are seeking career-minded individuals to join our team at the Kroger Distribution Center in Louisville. Essential employees help ensure that food and other necessities are delivered to hundreds of Kroger stores across multiple states.

Responsibilities

• Filling retail store orders accurately and efficiently using industrial equipment
• Operating machinery safely and responsibly
• Modeling and demonstrating the company's core values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Ability to work evenings and weekends
• Valid driver’s license

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment is preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

Skills

• Computer literacy
• Basic math skills
• Good communication and problem-solving abilities

Pay

Starting at $24.50 per hour plus a $1.50 shift differential. Additional incentive pay available up to $6 per hour.

Schedule

Evening (5pm start) position available. Weekends required; off days will be during the week.
