About the role

Join our dynamic team at Triad1828 Centre! We are seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in Camden, NJ. Our center provides comprehensive support services to individuals with developmental disabilities.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities
• Assist with daily living activities such as hygiene, meal preparation, and medication management
• Facilitate social and recreational activities to promote independence and community integration
• Maintain accurate records and documentation of care provided
• Participate in regular training and supervision sessions to enhance skills and knowledge

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid NJ Driver’s License
• Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Qualifications

• Passing background check
• First Aid/CPR certification
• Valid NJ Driver’s License

Pay

The pay range for this position is $15.00 - $18.00 per hour.

Schedule

Shifts are typically Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM, with some flexibility based on the needs of the individuals served.
