Responsibilities

• Prepare customer orders that grow the business while instilling and reinforcing safety above all else.
• Work as a team to deliver exact and damage‑free orders.
• Contribute to US FOODS® success through cultural beliefs, work ethic, collaborative spirit, and service.

Requirements

• Ability to read and communicate in English to attend trainings, hold conversations, receive safety and job‑related coaching, read labels, and enter information on reports as needed.
• Capable of working 8+ hour night shifts, typically Sunday–Friday (Saturday and one weekday off), with occasional weekend and holiday work.
• Recent experience (within the past 6 months) in high‑endurance or highly physical activities (e.g., lifting/transferring patients, sports/fitness, farming, construction) preferred.
• Experience selecting large‑scale orders in a warehouse or distribution center environment preferred.
• Experience operating a motorized pallet jack or similar equipment preferred.
• Comfortable working in a multi‑temperature environment ranging from –5°F to over 100°F.
• Ability to lift, carry, push, or pull 20–80+ lbs. of product repetitively and move 1,000+ cases of product each shift.
• Demonstrate integrity, reliability, and the ability to build trusting relationships with team members.

Pay

The expected base rate for this role is between $26.94 and $33.80 per hour, with potential overtime compensation.

Schedule

Sunday‑Friday shift (off Saturdays and one weekday) with a 6:30 PM start time; 8+ hour night shifts, occasional weekend and holiday work as needed.
