Role Overview: This position involves selecting products from warehouse racks to fulfill customer orders, assembling, palletizing, and shrink wrapping products for shipment. The role requires operating powered industrial equipment and working in various temperature zones, including refrigerated and frozen areas. Key Responsibilities Locate and lift cases, boxes, bags, and pallets of dry, frozen, or perishable goods based on order sheets or audio instructions.Operate equipment such as pallet jacks safely and efficiently.Maintain a clean, safe workspace and conduct equipment inspections.Report damaged products, quality issues, or low stock items.Use proper wrapping techniques to prevent product damage.Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications & Skills High school diploma or GED preferred.Prior experience in order selecting and operating industrial equipment is preferred.Ability to work accurately in a fast-paced warehouse environment.Capability to operate warehouse equipment safely and follow safety policies.Ability to work in multi-temperature environments and follow instructions. Physical Requirements: Must frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, reach, and lift up to 75 pounds with assistance. The job involves exposure to varying temperatures, moderate to high noise levels, and extended work hours, including weekends and holidays.
