Order Selector

Role Overview

This position involves selecting, assembling, palletizing, and wrapping products for customer orders in a warehouse environment. The employee will operate powered industrial equipment such as pallet jacks, work in temperature-controlled areas including refrigerated and frozen sections, and ensure products are handled safely and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

• Locate and lift various grocery and perishable items using order sheets or audio headsets.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and perform equipment inspections.
• Maintain a clean, safe work environment and report product or equipment issues.
• Wrap and secure products to prevent damages during transport.
• Follow safety protocols and work in multi-temperature environments.
• Perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 75 pounds, walking, crouching, and reaching.
• Work in a fast-paced environment, adhering to production standards.
• Follow verbal and written instructions accurately.

Qualifications & Skills

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Prior experience in order selecting and operating warehouse equipment is advantageous.
• Ability to work safely and efficiently in varying temperature zones.
• Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
