Order Selector - 2nd Shift

Description

The Order Selector is responsible for filling customers' grocery orders and delivering them to the delivery platform in a manner that meets company standards for safety, security, and productivity. The Order Selector is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all orders filled.

Essential Job Functions

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment, ensuring that the correct number and type of product is shipped
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms
• Tag or mark orders as requested
• Repack orders when necessary
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
• Stock product in pick slots
• Conduct physical inventories as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Absorb and assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA and MSDS Standards

• Sunday - Thursday 4pm - 9pm

What We Offer

• High school graduate or equivalent and excellent math skills
• Frequent (approximately 2–4 hours per shift)
• Constant (Up to 8 hours or greater per shift)
• Occasional (up to 2 hours per shift)
• Regular (approximately 4–6 hours per shift)

Physical Requirements

• Seeing: Must be able to read and understand pick sheets.
• Hearing: Must be able to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers and customers.
• Communication: Ability to communicate effectively in person.
• Reading/Data Analysis: Ability to read and analyze data on a computer screen and in printed materials.
• Standing/Walking/Mobility: Must be able to stand for long periods, to walk; mobility between warehouse and office to contact supervisors and co-workers when needed.
• Climbing/Stooping/Kneeling: Must be able to stoop, bend, and kneel to perform job duties.
• Lifting/Pulling/Pushing: Must be able to lift a minimum of 80 pounds occasionally.
• Work Environment: Ability to work in an operational environment, including exposure to varying temperatures, noise levels, and equipment movement when applicable.
• Safety Requirements: Must comply with all safety requirements, including the use of required personal protective equipment (PPE) when in operational areas.
