Order Puller - Night Shift

Description Duties/Responsibilities

• Pull customer orders for shipment, ensuring accuracy.
• Arrange and inspect all pallets for safe delivery.
• Ensure accuracy and condition of inbound and outbound shipments.
• Clean and prepare job sites.
• Pick orders in a timely manner, following bill of lading.
• Build pallets according to company standards and customer specifications.
• Safely and efficiently operate a forklift, performing tasks like moving pallets and equipment.

Physical Requirements

• Lift and carry up to 50 lbs regularly, occasionally up to 75 lbs.
• Stand and walk for prolonged periods.
• Frequently walk, bend, stoop, kneel, and crouch.
• Reach overhead and below the knees, including bending, twisting, pulling, and stooping.
• Handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Frequently push/pull objects, including pallets and loaded pallet jacks.
• Occasionally climb ladders.
• See and read labels, safety warnings, and instructions.
• Use close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and ability to adjust focus.
• Work in varying temperatures, including freezer, refrigerator, and dry warehouse environments.
• Communicate proficiently in both written and verbal forms.
• Show excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
