Order Processor/Shipping Associate II

About the role

This position is responsible for all aspects of shipping products on time while working with the Shipping & Receiving team. You will ensure product is staged for inspection, packaging, and loading shipments, and assist with receiving incoming goods.

Responsibilities

• Assist team in placing all products in the correct staging lane for shipment.
• Verify completed orders in ERP system(s) with the Team Lead to arrange for shipment.
• Ensure packaged product meets Latham Pool Products’ packaging standards.
• Assist in marshalling finished goods from production to storage and staging areas.
• Arrange for international shipping.
• Maintain a clean and organized working environment.
• Adhere to company policies, quality assurance programs, procedures, and safety standards.
• Perform other assignments as assigned by the Manager.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED with 3 years of shipping and warehouse experience.
• Experience creating bills of lading.
• Able to work overtime when required.
• Strong data entry skills with great attention to detail.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting.
• Team player with effective oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize workload, generate reports, and meet deadlines.
• Forklift license or ability to drive a forklift and attain a license quickly.

Pay

Salary range: $30–$40 per hour. Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across US geographic markets. Starting pay for this role will vary based on location, knowledge, skills, education, and experience. Year-end bonus potential.

Location: Plainfield, Indiana. Full-time, on-site position.
