About the role

The Order Management Representative plays a critical role in supporting customer orders, quotations, and order fulfillment activities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position serves as a key point of coordination between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate order processing and exceptional service.

Responsibilities

- Prepare, process, and manage customer quotations and orders received through phone, email, and online channels - Maintain accurate pricing, product, and order information within company systems - Serve as a key point of contact for customers regarding order status, specifications, and timelines - Coordinate with production and internal departments to support efficient order fulfillment - Monitor scheduling and inventory considerations to help ensure on-time delivery - Proactively identify and resolve order discrepancies, risks, and customer concerns

Requirements

- Experience in order management, customer service, inside sales, or a related business support role - Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Excel, and Word - Experience working with CRM and/or ERP systems preferred - Strong organizational, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities - Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a commitment to accuracy
