About the role
The role of Order Fulfillment Team Lead is responsible for overseeing the efficient and accurate processing of orders, ensuring customer satisfaction and meeting company goals.
Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the order fulfillment team
- Ensure timely and accurate order processing
- Monitor inventory levels and manage stock replenishment
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Train and mentor team members
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve processes
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in order fulfillment or supply chain management
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a team
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with warehouse management systems
