About the Role
Working closely with the Assistant Club Manager, the Omni Supervisor is responsible for providing leadership and direction within the club, driving club performance, and managing specific departments. This role oversees all OMNI functions, leads the Omni team, establishes operational efficiencies, maintains policies and procedures, and ensures an outstanding member experience. The Omni Supervisor administers digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club.
Responsibilities
- Process member orders efficiently by pulling merchandise from pick lists or RF devices and moving items from the sales floor to staging areas.
- Update merchandise locations and maintain organization in product placement and staging areas.
- Utilize handheld scanner devices (RF) to pick and verify orders, ensuring proficiency in digital tools.
- Communicate inventory and equipment issues to the Home Office and recommend process improvements.
- Identify and report expired or short-dated items to Club Leadership.
- Ensure all orders are picked and processed within service level agreements and productivity standards.
- Teach, coach, and train Omni Experience Ambassadors on club policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Manage and assess team member performance, provide feedback, and assist in hiring, training, and performance management.
- Work with the club team to pull merchandise from reserve areas to minimize sales floor replenishment.
- Print staging tickets, packing slips, shipping labels, and other necessary documents.
- Package orders securely and maintain a clean, organized SFC/BOPIC area.
- Handle damaged goods and spoiled products according to standard operating procedures.
- Review and manage daily and weekly OMNI reporting, ensuring adherence to productivity expectations and service level agreements.
- Maintain club policies, procedures, and proper dress code attire.
- Perform other duties as assigned, including working in other departments as needed.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience overseeing a team of 5 or more employees in a professional setting.
- Experience in goal setting, organizing workflow, assigning tasks, and monitoring employee productivity.
- Strong leadership capabilities, including driving team member engagement and managing cross-functional teams.
- Ability to train team members and communicate results effectively.
- Commitment to delivering outstanding service to members.
- Open shift availability required.
- Must be 18 years of age.
- Previous order pulling and RF scanner experience preferred.
- Computer proficiency required.
Environmental Job Conditions
- Most time is spent moving about frequently on hard surfaces, with occasional bending, handling, pulling, reaching, and stooping.
- Frequently requires lifting objects up to 30 pounds, with occasional lifting of heavier objects with assistance.
- Work environment includes exposure to moving machinery, loud equipment, temperature extremes from freezers and coolers, and Company-approved cleaning agents.
Pay
The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $26.25. Actual salaries will vary based on factors such as location, education, experience, and qualifications.
