Order Fulfillment Coordinator

Pay rate: $22.50 - $22.50/hour. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at 1.5 times the base hourly rate for hours worked over 40 in a work week.

About the role

This role requires communication with factory and supplier contacts to handle tracking, code changes, availability, product questions, and factory support.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound calls and emails from dealers, providing answers to product-related inquiries.
• Manage difficult customer interactions professionally.
• Change codes on orders and perform other related tasks.
• Log calls into SAP.

Requirements

• 1 year of work experience in a team environment.
• 1 year of experience in customer service or a related customer-oriented environment.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Suite and Outlook.
• Ability to learn quickly and work with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and time management skills.
• Experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Good keyboarding skills and ability to multi-task.
