Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders across the warehouse
- Receive incoming shipments and stock inventory
- Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and material handling equipment
- Use RF scanners and warehouse systems (WMS) to track inventory
- Assist customers with pickups when needed
- Participate in inventory counts and cycle counts
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized workspace
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs (50 lbs unassisted)
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Basic math and computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, team environment
- Good communication and problem-solving skills (Warehouse, forklift, or WMS experience is a plus)
