Responsibilities

• Accurately input and process customer orders into the company’s order management system
• Verify order details, specifications, and pricing to ensure accuracy
• Communicate with customers to confirm order details and address any questions or concerns
• Collaborate with production and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment of orders
• Maintain organized records of customer orders and related documentation
• Provide excellent customer service by responding promptly and professionally to inquiries
• Assist in resolving order discrepancies or issues as they arise

Requirements

• Previous experience in order entry, customer service, or a related role preferred
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
• Proficiency with computer systems and data entry software
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of cabinetry or home improvement products is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education or training is advantageous
