About the role

We're looking for an Order Entry Specialist to join our team in Brecksville, OH. This role is a key part of the customer experience, ensuring orders are processed accurately and efficiently while building strong relationships with customers and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Accurately enter and process customer orders in a timely manner
• Provide order updates, product information, and shipment status details
• Investigate and resolve order discrepancies, shipping issues, and return requests
• Partner with Sales, Shipping, and Production teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment

Requirements

• Previous experience in order entry, customer service, administrative support, or a related role
