Order Entry Representative

About the role

HotFoot Recruiters is hiring a Customer Service / Order Entry Representative to support a busy apparel manufacturing operation in the Phoenix/Tempe area. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling customer orders, data entry, and communication in a fast-paced production environment.

Location: Tempe, AZ | On-Site | Type: Full-Time | Contract-to-Hire | Pay: $18.00/hr | Schedule: Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–2:30 PM | Start Date: ASAP

Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately and efficiently.
• Review order details, quantities, item information, and shipping instructions.
• Communicate with customers regarding order status, changes, and general questions.
• Coordinate with production, warehouse, and shipping teams to help ensure orders are completed on time.
• Update customer and order information in company systems.
• Assist with order corrections, discrepancies, returns, or other customer service needs.
• Maintain organized records and documentation.
• Support general administrative and customer service tasks as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous customer service, order entry, data entry, office, or administrative experience preferred.
• Experience in apparel, manufacturing, distribution, warehouse, or production environments is a plus.
• Strong typing and data-entry accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and basic Microsoft Office programs.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple orders and priorities.
• Reliable attendance and punctuality required.
• Able to work independently and communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.
