Order Assembly Technician

Our Order Assembly Associate oversees preparing and inspecting clamshell kits, verifying order quantities, and ensuring that all labeling and packaging meet customer and company standards.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
- Operates labeling machines with accuracy, ensuring correct labels, code dates, and product identification (herbs, sizes, and weights).
- Maintains consistent workflow by keeping the production line running smoothly.
- Stacks finished boxes efficiently to support overall packaging operations.
- Other duties as assigned.
What You Bring
- A high school graduate or equivalent.
- 1+ years of food production or general manufacturing experience (Preferred).
What Makes You Successful
- Proven record of solid attendance and employment.
- Computer proficiency and comfortability with working with machinery.
- Adaptability to work in a fast-paced, ever-evolving environment.
- Ability to work with a sense of urgency and efficiency to complete team goals.
- Ability to maintain good manufacturing practices and safe food handling measures.
- Weekend availability.
Work Environment
- Repetitive motion throughout the shift.
- Standing or walking for a long duration of time.
- Crouching and kneeling.
- Lifting up to 50lbs.
- Exposure to heights when working in the grow area.
- Exposure to 39-degree temperatures while in a packing area.
Shift
6:00 am - 6:30 pm or 7:00 am - 7:30 pm. Must be able to work Saturdays and Sundays.
