Job summary
Your responsibilities include:
- Receive, store, transfer, and dispense petroleum fuel products
- Supervise fueling staff
- Maintain the daily fueling operations
- Cover the activity with lead-fueler and fuelers in performing into plane and ground equipment fueling services
- Disseminate instructions to fueling personnel and monitor their activities
- Make spot assignment changes to optimize manpower and equipment utilization in an ever-changing workflow
- Ensure compliance with company, airline, FAA, MWAA, and OSHA procedures, rules, and regulations
- Aid in the training process of all newly hired and promoted fuelers, leads, dispatchers, and supervisors
- Account for fuel dispersals and receipts
- Interface with airlines shift management personnel to implement expansion as operational requirements dictate
- Work with airport operations personnel to ensure adherence to safety and security guidelines
- Participate in airlines audits
- Perform operative gauge procedures as necessary
- Implement monthly communication, safety, and staff meetings
- Conduct daily tailgate meetings
- Complete accident/incident investigations and associated paperwork as necessary
Requirements
Qualifications include:
- Valid driver’s license
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 - 3 years experience of fueling operations
- Experience in a supervisory role
