Orcle HCM Technical/Functional consultanta

About the role

An Oracle HCM Technical/Functional consultant is required for a 18+ month contract in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities

• Support Redwood conversion and maintenance across HCM modules
• Configure and maintain Oracle HCM SAAS system
• Develop and implement reports and dashboards
• Enhance security measures and workflows
• Resolve complex issues and perform security enhancements
• Work with internal business, technical, and Oracle teams on SRs and impact assessments of upcoming patches
• Provide critical configuration and technical support during the migration to Redwood and new module implementations
• Create and update subject area reports using RFT, OTBI, and BI tools
• Develop new journeys for enhanced transactional processes
• Collaborate with IT and functional teams to convert from Responsive UI to Redwood
• Assist with user issue resolution and functional changes in system modules
• Support and set up High Dimensional Lookup (HDL) and interfaces activities

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Oracle HCM SAAS system administration and development
• Strong knowledge of RFT, OTBI, and BI tools
• Experience with report and dashboard development
• Ability to resolve complex issues and perform security enhancements
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience with Redwood and other Oracle HCM modules
• Knowledge of Talent management, compensation, health and safety, and case management systems
