Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive support for Aggressor participation in synthetic environment exercises.
• Scenario development, system configuration, real-time operational support, and acting as certified operators for the United States Space Force (USSF) during tasked exercises.
• Responsible for comprehensive conference planning and execution.
• Complete Mission Qualifying Training and proficiency evaluations annually.
• Travel with Aggressor crews to event locations (sometimes remote) to act as certified operators for these operations.
• Provide comprehensive conference planning and future systems analysis without operational delay.
• Attain and maintain certification as an OW operator and instructor.

Requirements

• Possess expert knowledge in orbital mechanics and science relevant to OW.
• Possess knowledge of OW mission systems to include Anti-Satellite (ASAT) weapons (Direct Ascent and On-orbit).
• Possess knowledge of RPO planning, Space Object Surveillance Identification (SOSI) deconfliction, TT&C planning, and ASAT launch planning.
• Experience with planning, briefing, or executing Non-Kinetic Effects (NKE) assets to achieve mission objectives.
• Subject matter expert in adversary space systems, capabilities, and adversary TTPs.
• Proficient with Systems Tool Kit (STK) software, including level 3 STK certification, and similar planning tools.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook).
• Top Secret Clearance and SCI eligibility required.
• 4 years of experience with orbital warfare (orbital analysis or RPO).

Work Location/Travel

This role will require occasional travel (10% of workload).

Pay

Salary Range: $120K–$145K depending on qualifications.
