Responsibilities
- Fabricate and fit fluid system components
- Perform orbital and tube welding operations on propulsion hardware
- Interpret and work from welding blueprints, schematics, and manufacturing order documentation
- Inspect completed welds and fabricated hardware for conformance to applicable standards and drawings
- Document work performed, create NCRs for non-conforming hardware, and support redline incorporation as needed
- Escalate quality, fit, or documentation issues to Manufacturing Engineering or Quality as appropriate
Qualifications
- 2 to 4 years of hands-on orbital/tube welding experience
- General fabrication experience including facing, deburring, and hand bending of tubes
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workmanship quality
Physical & Schedule Requirements
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. for limited durations
- Schedule flexibility required; ability to work nights, weekends, and overtime as needed
