About the Role

Join our team at Terry B. Philibin, DDS, MS, Inc. as an Oral Surgery Front Office Assistant. We are expanding our practice and seeking a dedicated professional to ensure smooth daily operations, provide excellent customer service, and support our commitment to delivering quality dental care in a collaborative environment.

Responsibilities

• Welcome visitors and patients, ensuring efficient notification to staff.
• Handle phone communications adeptly.
• Oversee appointment scheduling and calendar management to meet the practice's care objectives and financial targets.
• Address patient financial concerns and maintain accurate financial records.
• Present treatment plans and educate patients on dental procedures.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of dental office administrative experience.
• Well-versed in dental procedures, treatment plan presentation, and patient education.
• Experience with dental insurance.
• Knowledge of CDT codes and patient registration.

Schedule

Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday – 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM (includes morning huddle).
