About the role
Join a high-producing fee-for-service established practice in suburbia Atlanta strong in three areas: orthognathic surgery, dental implants, and dentoalveolar. The practice is well-established in these areas, performing cases weekly in their in-office surgery center. On-site engineering plans cases with Dolphin software, and they have a well-established implant practice with three on-site lab techs.
Responsibilities
- Perform orthognathic surgery and dental implants
- Work in a team of experienced nurses facilitating patient care from children to the elderly
- Utilize in-house nursing concierge service to minimize after-hour calls
- Advocate for a fee-for-service model for orthognathics and implants without medical plans
- Utilize state-of-the-art equipment including TMJ arthroscopy equipment and DISE equipment
Requirements
- Highly skilled in orthognathic surgery and implant dentistry
- Passionate about the specialty and willing to learn and grow within the practice
- Willingness to build and grow your own practice as part of the team
