Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon to join our multi-location oral surgery practice in Birmingham, Alabama. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to patient care and a desire to work in a collaborative, high-performing team environment.

Responsibilities

• Perform surgical procedures including dental implant surgery, wisdom teeth removal, and corrective jaw surgery
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive patient care
• Participate in continuing education and professional development activities
• Develop and maintain a strong referral base

Requirements

• Current license to practice Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in Alabama
• Completion of accredited residency program in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Qualifications

• Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Medicine in Dentistry (MD) degree
• Board certification in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery preferred
