Oracle RightNow Support Engineer

Join our IT Operations team in Dallas as an Oracle RightNow Support Engineer. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting, maintaining, and optimizing our enterprise SaaS customer service platform and associated backend technologies.

Responsibilities

• Deliver production support and troubleshooting for applications built on Oracle RightNow, PHP, and SQL Server.
• Execute routine security scans, system upgrades, and patching tasks.
• Maintain CI/CD pipelines to ensure smooth and reliable application deployments.
• Manage and resolve support, enhancement, and compliance tickets within defined SLAs.

Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle RightNow / Oracle CX Service.
• 4+ years of professional development and support experience in PHP.
• 4+ years of experience working with SQL Server backends.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working in Agile software development environments.
• Exposure to .NET framework development.
• Knowledge of or working experience with AI integrations and tools.

Pay

$42.55 - 45.00 per hour
