Core Responsibilities
- Direct Procurement & Operations Support: Provide expert L2/L3 support for Oracle Procurement Cloud, specializing in direct-material workflows, including requisitions, purchase orders, and blanket purchase agreements. Troubleshoot end-to-end STP issues spanning Procurement, Receiving, Payables, and Supplier Portal interactions. Manage complex approval hierarchies, internal controls, and role-based security protocols impacting the purchasing cycle.
- Systems Integrity & Integration: Oversee the health of integrations and data loads utilizing FBDI, APIs, and OIC (Middleware). Lead Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for production defects to ensure recurrence prevention and system resilience. Monitor batch job performance and manage error resolution/reprocessing for high-volume procurement data.
- Change Management & Governance: Orchestrate Oracle Quarterly Update readiness, including impact assessment and production validation. Maintain and approve high-quality technical documentation, including Runbooks, SOPs, and Knowledge Articles. Guide controlled production changes and minor enhancements in alignment with ITIL-oriented support models.
Technical Requirements
- Experience: 5+ years of hands-on Oracle Procurement Cloud experience, specifically in a post-production or "Operate" environment.
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of the Source-to-Pay (STP) lifecycle and requisition-to-purchase flows.
- Technical Troubleshooting: Proven ability to resolve complex transaction flows across procurement, receiving, and payables modules.
- Integration Literacy: Proficiency in monitoring and troubleshooting OIC, FBDI, and API-driven interfaces.
Preferred Qualifications
- Specific experience in Direct Materials Procurement within manufacturing or supply chain sectors.
- Expertise in supplier onboarding and master-data synchronization.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, ServiceNow/Jira, and reporting validation via OTBI/BI Publisher.
