About the Role
We are seeking Sales Account Executives with a successful background selling software. You’ll sell NetSuite’s cloud-based business operations system, including Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Accounting, Customer Relationship Management (CRM), Professional Service Automation (PSA), and eCommerce.
- Sell application solutions within a geographic territory, focusing only on net new logos.
- Manage sales through prospecting, lead qualification, forecasting, resource allocation, account strategy, and planning.
- Network internally with NetSuite peers, leadership, value-added teams, marketing, and enablement to increase sales performance.
- Work closely with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) and Solutions Consultants.
- Develop solution proposals encompassing all aspects of business applications.
- Participate in creating, presenting, and selling a complete value proposition via telephone, internet, and in-person customer meetings.
- Lead and drive sales opportunities through strategic selling, negotiation, and closing of business.
Responsibilities
- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within an assigned territory, which may include geographic, product, industry, or other customer/market dimensions.
- Sell directly to the territory or via partners, utilizing inbound and/or outbound techniques to identify, qualify, and close new opportunities.
- Manage accounts throughout the entire sales process and collaborate with team members in business development, consulting, and support to uncover all customer needs.
- Understand Oracle’s product offerings and competitive issues to develop comprehensive solution proposals.
- Travel to customer sites to identify and develop sales opportunities.
- Participate in the development, presentation, and sales of a value proposition.
- Conduct onsite customer presentations with C-level executives to negotiate and close strategic and complex deals.
- Liaise with customer contacts to manage relationships, identify new opportunities, and maximize sales.
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years of SaaS/Technology sales experience with a desire to succeed.
- Strong understanding of accounting solutions, business solutions, eCommerce, ERP, or CRM in a sales capacity.
- Proven ability to negotiate pricing and contractual terms to close sales.
- Demonstrated success as a "hunter" with a track record of being a top producer.
- Tremendous work ethic, laser focus, passion, and dedication.
- Ability to learn technology and translate it into value for prospects.
- Responsive, adaptable, and passionate about results and ownership.

Pay
US: Hiring range in USD from $31.73 - $50.72 per hour; from $66,000 - $105,500 per year. May be eligible for equity. Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 50/50.
