Oracle HCM/HRMS Application Developer

What's the Job?

Design, develop, and maintain Oracle HRMS applications, including modules such as Core HR, Payroll, Benefits, SelfService, and Talent Management.

Collaborate with HR and cross-functional teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications.

Develop and customize HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions to meet organizational needs.

Configure and maintain HRMS system setups, including organization structures, positions, and security profiles.

Develop and optimize SQL and PL/SQL code to support HRMS data queries and reporting needs, ensuring system efficiency and accuracy.

What's Needed?

• Proven experience as an Oracle HRMS Developer or similar role, with a strong understanding of Oracle HRMS modules and HR business processes.
• Expertise in developing and customizing HRMS workflows, reports, interfaces, and data conversions.
• Proficiency in SQL, PL/SQL, and Oracle HRMS APIs, with familiarity with Oracle E-Business Suite HRMS or Oracle Cloud HCM preferred.
• Experience in configuring, testing, troubleshooting, and running Oracle HCM Payroll for Mexico, including knowledge of Mexico-specific regulatory requirements.
