Oracle HCM Cloud Lead Analyst

Responsibilities
- Lead the support for software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide applications by providing guidance on developing and identifying design considerations and business impacts needed for configuration.
- Drive quality of data for internal department planning and activities.
- Lead configuration, setup, and updating of applications, and provide guidance as needed.
- Manage data loading process into established tables, fields, and system databases.
- Review and approve governance standards and processes for data input, structures, and storage mechanisms.
- Lead the team in building reports and provide strategic insights and recommendations related to business management and staff decisions.
- Mentor the team responsible for training users on the applications and setting up user access.
- Provide strategic recommendations for changes in applications development, maintenance, and system standards.
- Establish and share an enterprise-wide applications perspective when collaborating with cross-functional technical teams to ensure integration and interoperability of systems.
- Lead and liaise with client stakeholders and external vendors to ensure support for enterprise-wide applications.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology. In lieu of a degree, at least 9 years of experience in enterprise-wide software support.
- 6+ years of experience in enterprise-wide software support with in-depth knowledge of software development methodologies.
- Extensive knowledge of enterprise-wide applications and software platforms.
- Experience managing software-as-a-service (SaaS) and enterprise-wide systems.
- Expertise in configuring and setting up various enterprise-wide applications.
- Experience applying security designs and principles to technology-based business solutions.
- Ability to lead teams and oversee database management and maintenance.
- Ability to develop and review complex custom queries using query and reporting tools.
- Extensive knowledge of data management best practices and quality control processes.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams and external vendors.
- Must be eighteen years or older.
Preferred Qualifications
- Certifications in ITIL, Microsoft, and/or Oracle.
- 5 years Oracle application experience with various Human Capital Management (HCM) modules focusing on Core HR, OLC, Talent, and Succession planning modules. Additional module experience (e.g., Oracle Performance, Workforce Compensation, Oracle Recruiting Cloud) is preferred but not required.
- Develop solutions to leverage Oracle HCM Cloud applications functionality.
- Experience in Redwood and AI enablement projects.
- Expertise in leveraging OTBI reports for production support impact analysis.
- Experience in completing fit gap analysis for Oracle HCM Module implementations.
