About the role

The role requires a strong Oracle HCM Cloud Functional Product Manager with hands-on experience in Benefits and Onboarding/Journeys. The ideal candidate must have experience in Oracle HCM Cloud functional support, requirements gathering, system enhancements, testing, and stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

  • Support functional ownership, enhancements, requirements gathering, and process improvement across key HR systems and employee lifecycle workflows.
  • Work closely with stakeholders including HR, IT, and business teams to understand needs and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Manage enhancements, solve process gaps, and improve the overall HR technology experience.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation and adoption of new features and processes.

Requirements

  • Strong hands-on Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
  • Deep experience with Benefits and Onboarding/Journeys.
  • Good knowledge of Recruiting and employee lifecycle processes.
  • Experience gathering requirements and converting them into system solutions.
  • Experience with configuration, enhancements, testing, and release support.
  • Understanding of workflows, approvals, reporting, security, and integrations.
  • Strong stakeholder communication with HR, IT, and business teams.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in Oracle HCM, HR Technology, Product Management, or Business Analysis roles.
  • Strong Oracle HCM Cloud functional experience.
  • Experience in Benefits and Onboarding/Journeys.
  • Experience with Recruiting or Talent Acquisition processes is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile, backlog management, UAT, and enhancement delivery is preferred.
