Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Lead

About the role

This role will lead operational priorities focused on execution quality, efficiency, safety, and measurable performance outcomes. You will collaborate with field leadership, support functions, and cross-functional stakeholders to improve accountability, service delivery, and operational consistency. The position offers the opportunity to influence operational scale, customer outcomes, and organizational performance within a mission-driven environment.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Lead Oracle Fusion project lifecycles, including requirements gathering and testing
• Act as a liaison between tech teams and finance users to clarify requirements
• Provide expertise in various Oracle Fusion modules
• Write functional and technical specifications for customizations
• Troubleshoot issues with Oracle Fusion applications
• Support finance teams during month-end close processes
• Create training materials for end-users

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Accounting, Finance or a related field
• 8+ years of experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications, especially in Financials and Supply Chain
• Deep understanding of Financial Accounting, Accounting Processes, and Manufacturing Processes
• Expertise in Oracle Fusion modules like General Ledger, Accounts Payables, and Procurement
• Excellent communication skills to bridge technical and functional teams
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Experience in creating and delivering end-user training

Pay

$155,000 – $165,000 annually
