Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead

Job Description:We are seeking an Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Lead with deep expertise in Oracle Fusion Order Management and strong supporting experience in Oracle Procurement and Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of 70-80% Order Management expertise and 20-30% Procurement expertise, with the ability to support highly integrated supply chain, supplier, and financial processes in a large-scale enterprise environment.Primary ResponsibilitiesOracle Order Management (70-80%)Lead functional design, configuration, and support of Oracle Fusion Order Management.Manage end-to-end Order-to-Cash (O2C) processes including:Order captureOrder orchestrationFulfillment and shipment processingReturn managementPricing and inventory integrationsSupport integrations between Order Management, Inventory, Supply Chain Execution, Procurement, and Finance.Drive business process improvements and adoption of Oracle SCM best practices.Partner with business stakeholders to optimize fulfillment, customer service, and supply chain operations.Oracle Procurement & Procure-to-Pay (20-30%)Support Oracle Procurement Cloud business processes including:RequisitionsPurchasingSupplier onboardingSupplier qualification and managementPurchase OrdersReceipt processingInvoice validation and payment workflowsWork with business teams supporting supplier management, invoicing, and payment processes.Assist in cross-functional initiatives involving Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Supplier Operations.Required Functional ExpertiseOracle Fusion Order Management (OM)Oracle Fusion ProcurementProcure-to-Pay (P2P)Order-to-Cash (O2C)Item Master / Product Data ManagementSupplier Management and Supplier OnboardingPurchasing and SourcingInventory ManagementInvoicing and Accounts PayableSCM and Financials integrationsCross-functional process design and implementationPreferred ExperienceExperience supporting large-scale retail, restaurant, distribution, food service, or supply chain organizations.Proven ability to lead Oracle Fusion SCM functional workstreams.Strong understanding of supplier-facing processes, supplier portals, and invoice-to-payment lifecycles.Experience with Oracle Cloud implementations, enhancements, and production support environments.Strong stakeholder management, workshop facilitation, and solution design capabilities.
