About the role

UST is searching for an experienced Oracle Fusion SCM Functional Analyst to support Oracle Fusion Supply Chain production systems, focusing on issue triage, resolution, stakeholder coordination, and continuous improvement.

• Provide Business Operations support across Oracle SCM modules; analyze and resolve incidents within SLA
• Perform issue triage, identify impacted areas, and engage cross-functional teams
• Lead war rooms with IT, Business, and External Partners, triage calls, and stakeholder communications
• Conduct RCA discussions and track corrective/preventive actions
• Execute tasks per SOPs; enhance documentation, knowledge base, and process efficiency

Responsibilities

• Support Oracle Fusion SCM production systems with a focus on issue triage and resolution
• Coordinate with stakeholders for continuous improvement in supply chain processes
• Analyze and resolve incidents within defined service-level agreements (SLAs)
• Lead cross-functional war rooms and triage calls
• Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and track corrective/preventive actions
• Enhance documentation, knowledge base, and process efficiency

Requirements

Experience: 8–10 years

Mandatory Functional Expertise:

• CUS, FUL, GOP, OTC PTD/PTR, STP, RTR (SCM touchpoints)
• Reporting & Analytics
• Integrations/Boundary Systems

Good to Have:

• Telco Supply Chain experience
• Exposure to SAP ECC SCM modules (MM, SD, etc.)

Pay

Compensation range: $80,000–$120,000 (Role Location: Remote - US)
