Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader

For our client, a leader in the Business Services space, we are seeking an Oracle Fusion Operational Excellence Leader to drive continuous improvement initiatives focused on process discipline, productivity gains, and operational consistency. This role partners with operational leaders and project stakeholders to standardize workflows, identify bottlenecks, and improve execution quality, creating measurable efficiency gains and scalable operational improvements.

Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end production support for Oracle Fusion Applications
• Lead incident, problem, and change management processes
• Establish and monitor SLAs, KPIs, and operational scorecards
• Oversee ticket backlog management and prioritization
• Ensure system stability during Oracle quarterly updates
• Develop and mentor onshore/offshore functional analysts
• Identify enhancement opportunities aligned with business strategy

Qualifications

• 7+ years of ERP experience, including 3-6 years in a leadership role
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Fusion, particularly in SCM or Manufacturing
• Proven track record managing production support in complex enterprise settings
• Extensive experience with vendor and offshore team management
• Ability to establish operational KPIs and governance frameworks
• Excellent communication skills tailored for executive audiences

Pay

$130,000 – $150,000 annually
