Oracle Fusion Technical Lead
Role Overview
Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of Oracle Fusion Financials General Ledger (GL) solutions.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion ERP solutions.
Define and optimize financial processes, accounting structures, and reporting frameworks.
Serve as the primary bridge between business stakeholders and technology teams across enterprise applications.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration between Oracle Fusion Financials and related systems.
Support solution architecture, process modeling, testing, deployment, and post-production activities.
Develop and maintain design documentation, process flows, and functional specifications.
Provide guidance on best practices for Oracle Fusion Financials implementations and enhancements.
Support reporting, analytics, and data integration requirements across the Oracle Cloud ecosystem.
Required Qualifications
- 10–15 years of experience in Oracle ERP Finance, including at least 8 years of hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion General Ledger (GL).
- Strong expertise in the architecture, configuration, and business processes of Oracle Fusion Financials GL.
- Solid understanding of Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes, including Purchasing (PO) architecture and process flows.
- Experience designing enterprise-scale financial solutions and process transformations.
- Strong knowledge of:
- SQL and PL/SQL
- Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Oracle Fusion extensions and integrations
- OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence)
- BI Publisher reporting
- Experience supporting enterprise integrations and financial reporting solutions.
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Cloud Financials Certification.
- Retail industry domain knowledge and implementation experience.
- Experience working within Onsite–Offshore delivery models and managing distributed teams.
- Exposure to large-scale Oracle Cloud transformation programs.

Pay
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $90,000 - $100,000 per annum.
