Location: Miami, FL (client site) – hybrid role with 50% travel leading up to testing events (July–August) and 100% travel during test events (November).
Compensation Range: $90–105/hr.
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management Functional Lead with deep expertise in Fleet Management to support the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Maintenance solutions.
Responsibilities
- Lead the configuration, design, and deployment of Oracle Fusion Maintenance Management solutions.
- Serve as the functional SME for Fleet Maintenance Management, including preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance processes.
- Gather and document business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud Maintenance configurations and solutions.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to define maintenance strategies, work order processes, asset hierarchies, and maintenance schedules.
- Support the setup and management of Oracle Maintenance Management.
- Design and validate integrations between Oracle Maintenance Management and related modules.
- Support data migration, testing, defect resolution, and deployment activities.
- Facilitate workshops, CRP sessions, UAT cycles, and production readiness activities.
- Provide guidance on industry best practices for fleet maintenance operations and asset reliability management.
- Act with integrity, professionalism, and personal responsibility to uphold the firm’s respectful and courteous work environment.
Qualifications
- A minimum of five years of Oracle enterprise resource planning (ERP) and Financial implementation and upgrade experience.
- Expertise in Fleet Management.
- Completion of one full implementation with Oracle Cloud Financials as a Functional Lead or Project Lead.
- Bachelor’s degree in an appropriate field from an accredited college/university preferred, not required.
- Strong verbal and analytical skills with the ability to write at a publication-quality level.
- Detailed understanding of Oracle Cloud ERP System concepts and general module functionality.
