You will collaborate with business leaders, HR partners, and cross-functional stakeholders to align workforce priorities with business objectives. Responsibilities

• Design and implement digital frameworks for employee goal setting and performance evaluations
• Configure the Learning Management System for compliance training and development programs
• Connect performance metrics with learning outcomes for data-driven succession planning
• Identify skills gaps within the workforce through system configurations
• Collaborate with management and teams to align development paths with strategic goals
• Maintain configurations and monitor compliance training policies
• Ensure functionality of talent modules through stakeholder collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree with 11+ years of experience in enterprise system configuration or human capital management technologies
• Experience navigating Oracle Fusion Cloud, particularly in talent management and learning architectures
• Proven ability in meeting configuration requirements in large enterprise or human capital environments
• Strong collaboration skills in leading a performance systems agenda across large teams with complex data flows
• Expertise in inventorying configurations and managing documentation, including compliance and security protocols
• Ability to create and maintain complex technical documents regarding workflows and security

Pay

$163,100 – $289,400 annually
