Oracle Fusion ERP Developer / Support Analyst (Oracle Fusion Financials – Production Support)

Duration: 6-12 month contract with strong potential for long-term extension

About the role

Provide production support for Oracle Fusion Financials with a primary focus on Accounts Payable, Purchasing, and Procurement modules. Collaborate with Finance, Procurement, Oracle Support, and third-party vendors to resolve technical issues and ensure high application availability, performance, and operational stability.

Responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and resolve production incidents, system issues, and user-reported problems in Oracle Fusion Financials.
  • Perform root cause analysis and implement long-term solutions for recurring production issues.
  • Support month-end and financial close activities within Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Develop, monitor, and maintain integrations between Oracle Fusion ERP and IBM Maximo, including Purchase Orders, Suppliers, Receipts, and other procurement-related transactions.
  • Enhance and maintain Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) integrations; modify and support REST/SOAP API integrations without developing new APIs from scratch.
  • Manage FBDI imports, ESS scheduled jobs, and Oracle interface processes.
  • Develop and maintain BI Publisher reports, OTBI analyses, SQL queries, and operational reports.
  • Provide technical support and enhancements for the internally developed PayApp application.
  • Prepare and maintain technical documentation, support procedures, and knowledge articles.
  • Support Oracle quarterly updates, regression testing, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP development and/or production support experience.
  • Strong experience supporting Oracle Fusion Financials, especially Accounts Payable (AP), Purchasing, and Procurement.
  • Stable employment history with long-term project engagements (resume should reflect this).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Local candidates preferred for hybrid work schedule.
