Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead/Senior Consultant – Higher Ed Business sector

About the role

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Functional Lead/Sr. Consultant with expertise in one or more of the following Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules: Core HR, Benefits, Absence Management, Oracle Time and Labor (OTL), Payroll, and Oracle Recruiting Cloud. Implementation experience in the Higher Education field (such as within a College or University) is strongly desired and may be required.

As a business-savvy Consultant, you will be responsible for implementing Oracle Cloud HCM and maximizing the benefit of the Oracle software for our clients. This hands-on functional role involves driving deliverables, conducting fit-gap analysis, data mapping, developing reports and interfaces, and configuring modules. While you may or may not lead a team on a project, you will always play a key role in these activities.

Responsibilities

• Implement Oracle Cloud HCM solutions for Higher Education institutions
• Drive deliverables, including fit-gap analysis and data mapping
• Develop reports and interfaces
• Configure Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules
• Collaborate with clients to maximize the value of their Oracle software investment

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree
• Close familiarity with Higher Education issues
• Knowledge of Oracle products used by Higher Education institutions
• Oracle Cloud HCM certifications (a plus)
• Approximately 30% travel to client sites nationwide
• Must be able to work remotely from a home office within the United States
• Willingness to work occasional nights and weekends to support project milestones
