Solution Architecture & Strategy
Lead the architectural design of Oracle Fusion Financial modules, ensuring alignment with GAAP accounting standards and enterprise-wide scalability.
Business Transformation
Proactively partner with Finance leadership to re-engineer business processes, moving beyond "current state" to "best-in-class" digital transformation.
Full Lifecycle Leadership
Drive the end-to-end implementation lifecycle for new business units, from complex requirements elicitation and Fit/Gap analysis to final deployment and stabilization.
Advanced Configuration
- Execute hands-on expert-level configuration across GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, and Project Financials Management (PPM).
System Integrity & Governance
Oversee the technical roadmap for quarterly patches and upgrades, performing impact analysis on custom integrations and standard functionalities to ensure zero-downtime performance.
Risk & Compliance Engineering
Design and monitor system controls within the Fusion environment to ensure strict adherence to SOX, internal audits, and data privacy regulations.
Issue Resolution
Serve as the final escalation point for complex system defects, providing root-cause analysis and long-term remediation strategies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Information Systems; MBA or CPA preferred.
- Expertise: 10+ years of progressive experience in ERP financial systems, with at least 7 years specifically focused on Oracle Fusion Cloud (ERP Cloud).
- Technical Proficiency: Deep understanding of Oracle’s Functional Setup Manager (FSM), Sandbox management, and the underlying data structures of the Financials Cloud.
- Strategic Communication: Ability to translate complex technical constraints into business-friendly language for C-suite stakeholders.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Expert-level understanding of SOX compliance, audit trails, and automated control environments within Oracle.
- Certification: Oracle Cloud Financials Certified Implementation Professional (strongly preferred).
