Responsibilities

  • Analyze business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Provide support and enhancements for Oracle Advanced Collections (OAC), including strategy setup, scoring, dunning plans, and collections workflows.
  • Design, develop, and optimize SQL queries, stored procedures, and reports to support business operations and decision-making.
  • Configure and maintain Oracle Territory Management (OTM) rules, hierarchies, and assignment processes.
  • Troubleshoot application issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams (Functional, DBAs, Developers) for resolution.
  • Perform data analysis and validation to ensure data integrity across systems.
  • Support integrations between Oracle modules and external systems.
  • Participate in system upgrades, patching, and testing activities (unit, integration, UAT).
  • Document system processes, configurations, and support procedures.
  • Provide end-user support, training, and documentation.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of implementation experience in Oracle Financial Receivables and Collections
  • HS Diploma/GED

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Similar

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with Oracle Financial Receivables and Collections
  • Proficiency in SQL and Oracle database management
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
