Oracle Field Service Functional Senior Consultant
About the role
As a Functional Field Service Lead, you will support the onshore lead in driving functional design and delivery activities for Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations. You will take an active role in requirements gathering, developing personas and process flows, and crafting backlog grooming and functional testing processes, including participation in sprint demos.
Collaboration will be key, as you will work closely with business analysts, offshore developers, and cross-functional teams to ensure continued alignment on functional design, scope and user stories, and overall process execution. Strong communication and team delegation skills are essential, as you will contribute to a collaborative environment and maintain clear, effective client communication throughout project delivery.
Responsibilities
- Support the onshore lead in driving functional design and delivery for Oracle Fusion Field Service Cloud implementations
- Gather requirements and develop personas and process flows
- Craft backlog grooming and functional testing processes, including participation in sprint demos
- Collaborate with business analysts, offshore developers, and cross-functional teams
- Ensure alignment on functional design, scope, user stories, and process execution
- Maintain clear and effective client communication throughout project delivery
- Lead projects or workstreams and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Provide clear guidance to others and meet deadlines

Qualifications
- Minimum of 6+ years relevant experience in a consulting or industry role, with at least 6 years in Oracle Field Service operations consulting
- Minimum of 4+ years of experience leading multiple project teams simultaneously on relevant engagements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent work experience
- Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on client and industry needs
- Limited immigration sponsorship may be available
Preferred Qualifications
- Oracle Field Service certification
- Exposure to other Oracle modules: Fusion Service, Service Logistics, Maintenance, Install Base, Projects, FinOps, and Subscription
- Exposure to the Construction industry
- Experience implementing Redwood UI

Pay
The wage range for this role is $113,800 to $208,300. This range takes into account factors such as skill sets, experience, training, licensure, certifications, and business needs. Compensation decisions depend on individual and organizational performance.
You may also be eligible to participate in a discretionary annual incentive program, subject to program rules, where awards depend on various performance factors.
