Oracle FCC Business Analyst

Oracle FCC Business Analyst Summary We are seeking an Oracle Financial Business Analyst with 3–5+ years of experience supporting Oracle Financial applications. This role works closely with business and technical teams to understand financial processes, gather requirements, and improve system functionality. The ideal candidate has experience with Oracle Financial implementations and strong knowledge of Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC). ResponsibilitiesWork with business stakeholders to gather requirements, document processes, and identify opportunities for improvement.Support Oracle Financial applications, including Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC) and other financial modules.Analyze business processes and recommend system improvements to support financial operations.Partner with technical teams to troubleshoot issues, test solutions, and implement enhancements.Assist with Oracle Financial implementations, system configurations, upgrades, and integrations.Develop functional specifications, process documentation, and test plans.Support user acceptance testing (UAT) and help ensure solutions meet business requirements.Provide ongoing support to business users and help resolve system-related issues.Requirements3–5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst supporting Oracle Financial applications.Hands-on experience with Oracle Financial Consolidation and Close (FCC).Knowledge of additional Oracle Financial modules such as Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Billing, Asset Management, Project Costing, or Supply Chain.Experience gathering business requirements, documenting workflows, and supporting financial processes.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Experience with Oracle Financial implementations preferred. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with our Kansas client.
